We are located less than 2 miles from Downtown Louisville, Churchill Downs, Medical Campuses and many restaurants.

Featuring a spacious living room with complete dry bar, kitchenette, and 2 fireplaces, this very large bedroom penthouse includes its own updated private bath. The property is located next door to a small park and walking distance to the Historic St James Court and Central Park where the St. James Art Show is held each year in October. The neighborhood showcases the largest display of Victorian. homes in the United States and is a must see!
