Located in the heart of the city of Printemps, our studio is equidistant from the Pier Croix des Marins, a lovely little pier with an intimate sandy beach, and the Basilica of Notre Dame d 'Arcachon, facing the Plage Pereire and its magnificent 3-kilometer croissants, which will delight pedestrians, cyclists and joggers. The grass picnic is allowed, offering beach workers a respite.
In the immediate vicinity: a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy, a dry cleaner.

When you arrive, we will be there : contact remains essential (and this is Airbnb's basic philosophy), it's not just a secure box with keys ! Same for your checkout. You will find 2 small bottles of fresh mineral water and extra Nespresso capsules to start the stay.
Check-in time with some flexibility if you let us know in advance. We speak English and (a little) Spanish.
At your disposal : notice with useful and emergency numbers, and a pouch including maps and all brochures to discover at your pace Arcachon, La Teste de Buch, Pyla, Cazaux and the setting of the Bassin (bird park, Île aux Oiseaux, Czech cabins, etc.).
