Hi guys! We offer a great, fully equipped, bright, friendly and affordable penthouse above the rooftops of Essen. The view and this feeling alone on the roof, and thus not having anyone above you (quiet) is second to none.
Located in the middle of the city center, super central, subway and bus outside the door, Limbecker Platz a stone's throw away. Ideal as a starting point for "Ruhrpott" exploration tours. Zollverein, Villa Hügel, Messe Essen, everything is within easy reach

The space
The penthouse on the 12th floor is designed as a 2-room apartment and is easily accessible via an elevator. It has a large living/dining/sleeping area with a small open pantry kitchen, large XXL bed, TV with Netflix, free Wi-Fi, coffee machine, microwave, small pizza oven, ceramic hob, dishes and cutlery. Fully equipped, you don't need to bring anything. The beds are freshly made. The second room has a double bed and a wardrobe. The penthouse can accommodate a total of 4 people. The bathroom with shower has a washing machine and dryer. An iron and hair dryer are mandatory.
For hot summer days, we provide air conditioning.
To the front and back there are large areas on the roof terrace which can be used and offer a magnificent view.

Parking is possible in the courtyard for a small fee (€6 per night). In the surrounding area, there are sometimes only parking spaces with a ticket machine.

Other things to note
Shopping and all the necessities of daily life can be found in the immediate vicinity, a kiosk is right next door.
