Very conveniently located in the Derby area. Close to shopping, restaurants and medical facilities.

Queen Bed- Comfy with feather top.
Closet w/ hangers
TV- with HBO
WiFi
Private bath- Soap -Shampoo-blow dryer
Large Sectional with TV
Microwave
Mini Fridge-bottled water
Laundry room -washer and dryer- soap included, ironing board and iron.
The Pantry, includes paper plates and dishes, and plastic ware.
Large back yard with a grill and deck.
I love to cook so on occasion I will prepare breakfast.
Guest access
You can access from a private entrance from the Back yard.
You would park on the front street of my property then walk to the East of the home where you will find gate entrance. I will provide information on entrance once you are confirmed.
