A gorgeous and generously proportioned stone cottage bursting with character and charm.

Recently refurbished, the property has been tastefully decorated to a high standard and can sleep 8 guests comfortably.

The cottage is perfect for families and friends wanting to explore this beautiful part of the country or hikers and bikers wanting to take advantage of the glorious walking routes and extensive cycling terrain.

Up to 2 small dogs are welcome to stay providing they remain downstairs.

The space
The property has an en suite double bedroom, a second generously sized double bedroom and two large single rooms both with single trundle beds.

Court Place Cottage features a stylish open plan kitchen and dining space, a traditional inglenook fireplace and woodburning stove, a delightful garden with patio and BBQ area and ample off-road parking for two cars.

All bedding and bed linen is hypoallergenic and there are plenty of fresh towels for every guest.

There’s a variety of board games and puzzles for you to enjoy and a selection of books for you to borrow and swap.

The cottage is in a phone signal blackspot and so provision has been made for wi-fi to be available all around the house and the signal is sufficient to support gaming and movie streaming.

Other things to note
Two small dogs are welcome to stay providing they remain downstairs and a stair gate has been installed to help manage this.

Cove is a small village situated on the outskirts of Exmoor National Park. It's 4 miles north of Tiverton and 2 miles from Bampton, a small market town which supply all essential amenities if a trip into Tiverton feels too much.

There are some lovely walks and bike routes right outside the door and a charming river where the older kids - and the adults - can have some fun.

A car is necessary if you want to experience the best of everything that this part of the world has to offer.
