Quartier central de Perpignan, avec sur le Cours Palmarole de petits restaurants bons et à prix très abordables ("Torcatis" et ses excellents burgers, entre autres), nous avons aussi immédiatement près de chez nous un excellent caviste, "Les Caves Maillol" pour découvrir les crus de notre région. Le samedi matin une belle brocante occupe l'ensemble du Cours. Un cinéma d'art et d'essai juste en face, et enfin, la plupart des bars qui situés dans le quartier de la nouvelle ville sont à deux pas (face au théâtre de l'Archipel). Bref, le quartier est super agréable.
