A large cottage with modern features is within easy access to the golden sands of Croyde, Putsborough and Saunton, all just 2 miles away.
The cottage is a short walk to Georgeham where you can find the local shop and two excellent pubs, The Kings Arms and The Rock Inn.

The space
Entrance is through a boot room, convenient for storage from the days activities. There is a washing machine and old belfast sink. The large kitchen space has a large table and newly refurbished kitchen with a fully working wood burning stove. The lounge has a corner sofa and armchair with another wood burning stove. There is a large smart tv, board games, smart bluetooth speaker and books for rainy days. The stairs lead to the main bedroom with a kingsize bed fitted with a memory foam mattress and memory foam pillows. The second bedroom has a single bed and pull down bed due to the smaller size of the room. The large bathroom has a velux skylight and separate bath and shower facilities.
