This permanent tent sleeps two in luxury with all the sights and sounds of nature including spectacular rural views. Nestled by a lovely dam where the local ducks swim. Ensuite, basic self catering facilities and fresh farm supplies for breakfast.

The space
Our 100 acres provides opportunity to walk, chat with the farm animals, or just sit back, throw a line in the dam and enjoy the view. Within 1/2 hour you can be in Paterson, Morpeth, Maitland and lots of Hunter Valley wineries. The Valley boasts a wide range of restaurants and cafes. Activities like hot air ballooning, sky-diving and flying lessons are available for the more adventurous.

Located in gorgeous countryside between the Lovedale wine district and historic Morpeth, we are well located to provide a great jumping off point for all the Hunter Valley has to offer. Or you might prefer, as many of our guests do, to give in to the temptation to just sit under the tree with a book and enjoy the amazing scenery and the ducks playing in the dam.

I have lived in Luskintyre for 10 years now and am very lucky to have my 100 acre farm, love living here, with such great rural views and so close to the Hunter Valley wine area. As an Architect, I have always had and an interest in building and have loved the opportunity to create an eco-friendly space for guests to visit.

We will greet you and settle you in. However after that, you can have complete privacy if you prefer it. Though you are welcome to wander around the 100 acres of pastoral and bushland, check out the Hunter River and visit our farm animals (alpacas, pigs, chooks, ducks, cattle and goats).
