Soak up the farmhouse charm of this newly remodeled basement apartment. This charming apartment comes with off street parking and a private entrance; that leads out to your very own outdoor seating. This apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Missouri Western, Mosaic Healthcare, and many amenities. The perfect hidden gem! **Great location for medical professionals.

The space
Remodeled farm house basement with access to the outdoor oasis.

The kitchenette serves quartz countertops with a under mount sink. Has a microwave, hot plate, toaster, coffee maker, and a pizza oven. The refrigerator is tucked away under the stairs.

The bedroom is large and features a queen size bed with great sheets and comforter. The TV in the bedroom has a ROKU connected for guests to sign in to Netflix, hulu, or any other app.

The dining space has a 6 foot farmhouse table with direct access to the living room. You have full access to all the directv channels including NFL Sunday ticket.

You will also find the farmhouse charm in the bathroom. Features a stand up shower and newly installed ship lap and flooring.

***This is a basement apt. so some noise from us walking around upstairs may occur during your stay. We also have 2 dogs that live upstairs so occasional barking may happen.

The pool is located in the backyard and is only available from may to sept.

**There is NO STOVE located in your space.
