Sparkling clean and sanitized. Wake to a wonderful lake view at Beech and Boulders, while staying in our newly renovated, thoughtfully designed & styled cottage. In the winter it turns into a magical wonderland. Roast hotdogs and marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit while sitting on the boulders of the earth and watching the sunset over the lake. Every season at Beech and Boulders brings forth unique opportunities of witnessing peace and beauty while breathing in fresh coastal air.

The space
The inside of the cottage is brand new with a modern design. It is clean and sanitized, has great wifi, TV and sound system. It is comfortable, cool and private. The outside is earthy with beech and other spectacular trees, rocks, boulders, flowers, lake views, fresh air, chairs, a table and a great fire pit. The colors of the trees in the fall are stunning, the winter is cozy and the view of the lake expanded, the spring is full of blossoms and hope and the summer is full of fun.

Guest access
The entire cottage is yours as is the outside area in the front for the house. As you approach the cottage you will see some plows on the hill behind it along with some other equipment. The owners hope to build a main house there one day but right now it is used to store. The property was purchased from Gordon College, it was their art cabin for the rowing camp down the road. It is peaceful.

Other things to note
In the back of the cottage, almost not visible to you in the summer months are some buildings that are used by a construction company to store their materials. They are super kind and use a different drive than you do.

The water in the late fall and through the winter is well water. It tends to turn the toilet and the shower yellow over time due to the iron. Please bring your own water to drink. It is perfectly fine for showers.

The wooded area that surrounds you is mostly owned by Gordon College. Beech and Boulders cottage use to be their art cabin that is only a short walk from the rowing camp. The Camps bought the art camp and some property around it not too long ago and being in the business - restored the cottage with their own caring hands.
