New modern ocean-front development (super trendy) in Nuevo Vallarta Flamingos, with one of the most beautiful beaches in the bay. Amazing, 2 bedroom apartments on the 5th floor with a spectacular ocean view. There is a Roof top, restaurant and fitness center. The beach is beautiful for swimming and walking for miles, or to enjoy the sunset. The condo is not fully finished, so there are floors where work is still being done. Most public areas have been finished and can be enjoyed.
