Roseanna Cottage is the perfect destination for your next getaway. This purposely built cottage has been tastefully decorated to offer a unique mix of modern comforts and farm yard charm. Surrounded by lush farm land the property has wonderful views of the nearby bush and from the back deck complete with BBQ you can listen to the sounds of neighbouring animals, including sheep, cows, alpacas. Why not take a picnic lunch into the bush and enjoy the surroundings.
The space
The cottage is located on a 100 acre farm and close to local wineries, cafes & parks. A short drive to the villages of Exeter, Bundanoon, Moss Vale and Berrima. The main residence is far enough away for you to enjoy peace and quite. Rest assured it will be sparkling clean, fresh and ready for your stay. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for entertaining or cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen and on a cold evening you can curl up in front of the slow combustion fire place.
