This is a remodel of garage space. Wooded, private, flowers, self check in, off street parking in driveway, private entrance, cozy, modern, eastern windows that stream morning light and trees with shade. Birds: hawks, owls, and of course the little fellers! Enjoy working quietly (satellite wifi) or leaving to explore and coming back to this cozy tiny house. Welcome to The Nest.

The space
Cozy all new tiny house on the edge of the woods. Welcome to The Nest! You will be greeted with blue/green walls and modern gray appointments. Living and kitchenette combine to form open living area with windows that stream the morning sunlight. Kitchenette includes convection microwave, small fridge, and other small appliances for cooking needs.

Park in the driveway and enter through your private entrance with self check in on n West side of building. 1 bedroom, small living and dining area. Bathroom includes 36 inch vanity and walk in shower. You are on the edge of small woods in a quiet, serene environment with Red-Tailed Hawks, Owls, and other feathered friends. You are in the country but minutes away from town. Close by: groceries, gas, laundry mat. Please be prepared to enable wifi calling on your phone as cell service can be sketchy. No complaints so far but be prepared!Internet and wifi is satellite. TV with DVD and movie selection.

You are in the country but minutes away from town. Lots of trees, flowers, quiet. A great place for some down time or to quietly work. Historic Weston is 40 Minutes away and Downtown St. Joseph 15 minutes away. 30 minutes from the Kansas City Airport.
