It's a private bedroom in a two bedrooms and one bathroom apartment. Convinent location. 5 mins walking distance to Kmart and woolworths. 10 min walking to monash uni. Also close to railway station and 900/826/703/631 bus station. Important, it's super clean and healthy. Coconut oil and other super food available in kitchen. I am an international student from China, vegetarian. There is a four years old Kitty sleeping in my bedroom, he is cute and friendly. ps. This property is still available
