Welcome to our beautiful family farm. Our boutique studio is located next to our family home in the heart of Ventnor, surrounded by artisan eateries and farm gate sales. Our Farm is tucked away from the hustle and bustle whilst still only being 5 mins away from Cowes central, 4.5kms from the Grand Prix, 7 mins from the Penguin Parade and 2 minutes from the most stunning beaches on Phillip Island.

The space
Beautiful blonde timber beams line the ceiling to create a feeling of space and warmth whilst exuding natural light. Fully equip kitchenette with outdoor cooking facilities (there is a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge inside) with your own private court yard- or better yet pre- order a local grazing platter from our Grazing Table business 'Graze Farm to Plate' for the ultimate in indulgence and relaxation. Our farm stay would best be described as studio accommodation which is a perfect size for a relaxing getaway. We also have WIFI for our guests to enjoy!

You have your own private entrance through your courtyard and are able to access the lawn to walk down to see and feed the animals or enjoy a picnic overlooking the farm land

Other things to note
Please note, we are only able to accommodate 2 adults and 1 infant max. Due to strict farm biosecurity we are unable to welcome and pets.

Neighbourhood highlights

Head down to Phillip Island Winery for a drink (1.5kms approx away). Bimbadeen and The Store are also a stones throw away for some amazing coffee and delictable cafe treats, and Omaru is only down the road for some fresh, local produce! If adrenaline is your thing, the Grand Prix track is approx 4kms away. Keep your eyes peeled on the coast road to The Nobbies for Grey Geese and Wallaby's or check out the local penguins at the parade which is only 5 minutes away.
