This charming condominium Victorian 5209-No Worries is a 1/1 (sleeps 6) condo with a beautiful view of the new Babe's Beach! The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for a small family. The living room has a view to the beach through the sliding glass door to the balcony that overlooks the newly refurbished Babe's Beach. Enjoy access to the close-by tennis court and barbecue/picnic area, looks over the Paradise Cove swimming pool with the mushroom splash pad for children.


THE VICTORIAN

The Victorian Galveston offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, a lighted tennis court and a 24-hour fitness center.

Some of the properties Ryson manages require additional fees for things like parking passes, resort fees, amenity wristbands, etc. When permitted by the community to collect and pay those fees in advance, we included them in the pricing and quotes. However, some communities require these fees be paid at the complex upon arrival. The Victorian requires an additional resort fee for all reservations, good for up to two weeks. Guests pay the resort fee directly to The Victorian HOA at their front office upon arrival. The resort fee covers up to two vehicles, guest pool bands for up to 8 guests, fitness center and hot tub gate codes. If there are 9 guests, please be aware The Victorian does require an additional $10 for the additional pool band. Guests should return pool bands to The Victorian front office prior to departure.

Cable television, even if listed as an amenity, may not be available on all TV's; oftentimes additional TV's are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices. EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rental require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
