Tiny House in The Country is perfect for 2-4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) . It has been constructed using mostly recycled materials. We have a bunk bed with an upper twin and down on the bottom is a sofa that converts into a double bed. The top bunk is perfect for two small children, while the bottom bunk would be suitable for an adult couple. There is a private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
The kitchen has the essentials that you might need. We have a fire pit outside for you to use.

The space
The Tiny House in the Country is surrounded by trees and has a shallow creek at the bottom of the property. There is a fire pit for you to enjoy with chairs surrounding it.

*We do not have a washer or dryer, so please bring your own full bedding for the bottom bunk or twin bedding for the top bunk. Also, please bring your own bath towels, hand towels and kitchen towels* We do provide pillows.

We are out in the country, so we are about 20 minutes from I-40 and just minutes to the entrance of South Mountains State Park. We are just 25 minutes to Morganton and Hickory and about an hour to Asheville or Charlotte Airport. The Blue Ridge Parkway and Blowing Rock are about 40 minutes away.

Guest access
You'll be able to enjoy the space in the front of the Tiny House and take a walk down to the creek if you'd like.
There is a private home on the property and another Airbnb listing that may be occupied at the time.
Bring your fur baby! Our pet fee is $25 per pet.

Other things to note
We have another home on the property which is occupied with tenants.
The shared space on the property is the tree swing, corn hole game, basketball hoop and creek area.
Please respect the privacy and space of the private home which includes the front and back yard.
Please respect the privacy and space of the Cabin, which includes the parking directly in front of the Cabin, the front porch (seating and BBQ grill) as well as the back yard, which includes the seating and fire pit.

If both the Cabin (sleeps up to 6) and the Tiny Home are needed to rent together, ask us about a discount to rent both.
