Interaction with guests

We live a few miles away and will be glad to answer all questions you might have about the area such as, "Where is that diner that still sells coffee for ten cents a cup?", and which local fisherman knows the best fishing spots for Oneida Lake's world famous pike?

Fantastic place to stay. The owner stocked the fridge with farm fresh eggs and other food as well as nightcrawlers for fishing. This complemented the 5 fishing rods already rigged up that were left for us to use. We had no time to make use of the kayaks and bikes, but it was really really awesome to have that option. I'd love to come back in the future and the location is perfect!

Great host, very caring, the cabin is very close to the the Oneida lake shore, a really good place to stay for longer time, most probably we'll visit again but hopefully for more days. Excellent value for money. Thanks, Uncle Tom!

A great little cabin in a wonderful little lake community! If you're looking for bells and whistles this is not the place for you, but if you're looking for a clean, we'll-stocked family-friendly cabin for peace and relaxation then you'll find it here! Tom is wonderful about communicating and responding to all questions quickly and accurately. We definitely plan on returning!

My wife and I are retired teachers who love to travel. We recently traveled to Italy and plan on taking our annual winter vacation in Costa Rica again this year.
We do not drink or smoke.
Summers we help run a local non-profit similar to Habitat for Humanity called Cluster 13 Inc.
