- Please read the House Manual thoroughly
- Non smoking apartment
- Respect our neighbours by keeping down the volume during night time (no loud music/partying after 10pm- building rule)
- If you would like to have other people over in the apartment other than those specified in the booking, please let us know
- Let us know if you accidentally break something
- Please be careful with the keys, lost keys & changing of the lock (expensive) will be charged from the security deposit
- If you use our bikes please lock them properly
- We expect you to keep our place tidy at a respectable level, we have a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning utilities in the cleaning cabinet
- Kindly take out your trash and empty bottles etc
- Don't hesitate to contact us, we'd like to help you out anyway we can to make your stay in Helsinki a nice one :)

Bus stop with lots of busses to the city centre just 100 m away. Fastest bus takes about 10 min tops. By bike you'll be in the centre in 15 min.
