Very nice house, brand new (constructed in mid-2018) with spacious and open spaces, built on 190m2/one floor

The house is located in Colinas de Carrasco's private neighborhood, one of the most exclusive places to live

It´s strategically located, 15´ from Carrasco neighborhood, 7´from Carrasco Int. Airport and 10´from Zona America´s Business Area

The place is ideal for families, groups or business trips for a short or long stay

- 190m2 on one floor, with a stylish design built over a 1.322m2 (square meters) terrain, ideal for kids and/or to enjoy nature.
