This Beautiful home has a cabin type setting, secluded from the hassles and ready for your escape. From fishing and hunting, to cycling and hiking, there are numerous activities for the individual or the family. Less than a mile from a 250 acre fishing lake and artesian spring fed trout stream. Dock access available for a fee to those who want to bring a boat. Wifi and basic cable included.

The space
Placed on top of a hill, the Hideaway offers a view of a beautifully kept yard and 30 plus acres of wilderness between the house and the lake. A big and equipped kitchen is ready for the guest to their cook meals and a comfortable living room waits for them to wind down the evening and relax. A master bed and bath offers privacy and convenience for groups of 4 or more and in house laundry lets them handle any immediate need to wash clothing with out the need to run to a laundromat. There is secure garage space available for up to 2 vehicles per group staying at the Hideaway. We take pride in how neat and clean the house is kept for our guests and ask that everyone that we have the pleasure of hosting, help us maintain that for our next guest.

You will be staying in Westfield township, near the North West corner of the Lawrence Lake residential area. There are public hunting and fishing grounds with in a mile of the house. Tall Pines Resort is a quaint little watering hole just down from the north boat landing that we encourage all of our guests to visit during their stay. If some one waves at you just wave back, it's what the locals do if they know you or not. We do have wildlife roaming the woods so be cautious if you choose to roam around the public land and wooded area connected to property.

I was born and raised in this area and had the pleasure of buying the home and property I lived in as a child just a couple years ago. We are on the fast track to a sustainable homestead and would eventually like to host a Bed and Breakfast that offers that entire experience to our guests. My wife and I are avid bass fishers and feel very fortunate to live on a wonderful lake with such a large variety of fish. We hope that our guest turn to us when looking for advice during their stay. During your stay

This is your time to get away from it all, so I want to bother you as little as needed but offer my assistance as much as I am capable of accommodating. Do to a recent review of our property we are going to have all of our guests do a walk through with me or another host and complete a check list of the residence prior to completing the check in and receiving keys. Sorry but this our way to combat negative reviews with no bases and we apologize for any inconvenience.
