I hope you enjoy your stop over or stay at my house, there are no cooking facilities but there's a coffee machine and you can always enjoy a nice cup of coffee or hot chocolate
There's a very comfy double bed and a single bed in the lounge should you need it

In this area there are some good restaurants here as well as places to visit - like the walled fortress of Montreuil and Le Touquet with its beaches and shops, the museum at Agincourt has reopened after renovations !!

The space
You have your own garden entrance and key and walk along the path to your door and should you wish to sit outside and enjoy the weather or picnic you're very welcome
At the top of the stairs is the lounge with a single bed should you need it after which is the bedroom complete with double bed this space is entirely yours for the time you stay

Guest access
Not really worried as guests access is completely separate from my own however the garden is shared in that I would have to mow the grass weed etc!!

Other things to note
I think you'll enjoy your stay as it's a very peaceful and quiet village and very tranquil and you can choose what and where you go - there's a couple of really big markets at Bethune and Hesdin if that takes your fancy or the cinema of course but all in French but one gets the gist and some large shopping centres and of course McDo as they call Macdonalds
Also 3/4 hour away from the beaches of Le Touquet and Etaples also got a very nice fish market .

Lovely church in our village and a lot of farmers and you can buy milk from the farm should you want and walking is very popular and you can hire bicycles and go on bike rides. Depending on when you come there are various village fetes with barbecues and dances and brocantes some very big ones plus 500 stalls and some small village ones
However with the corona virus always best to check what is actually on with the tourist information centre

Hi I'm Sandra and I live in a petite fermette in Ambricourt and it's a lovely tranquil place to live My husband died a couple of years ago and my mum and I live together along with our furry friends Jasper and Freddie are boxer twins and Jackie their little sister is a Jack Russell who's adorable and a little minx and mums dog Vinnie is a shitzu who is getting on a bit now ! I have a opened up my grange and it's now an antique shop and sell English and French bits and bobs. French people love english stuff and english people love French stuff and I love meeting people so it works very well and is great fun! I like buying plants for the garden but hate weeding like everybody else and we have a big fishpond with koi carp and wild rabbits and pheasants in the field behind the house I love going to the brocantes and looking for treasures and eating out !!! French food is so nice! although rural there is lots to see and do cinemas shopping centres and country walks and many historic and war sites and museums never bored If you've read any reviews there is only one bad one and unfortunately I thought Airbnb was handling a reply so I didn't respond. The gentleman in question didn't read the ad properly and at that time there was no heating as quite honestly I hadn't thought of winter breaks! Also I got his arrival date wrong and was on my way back from the uk and although I broke every speed limit to get home I was an hour late and for that I apologised! However the couple stayed the night and I put a paraffin stove in the house and gave them extra blankets and did all I could but the gentleman was still not happy and we were both up till midnight talking to air bnb !! They left in the morning and their dog left a few presents on my carpet and I had to clean everything as obviously it wasn't house trained! I didn't charge them for their stay and unfortunately this review is seen by everyone even though there is now heating and I'm also with home and away and this year have taken bookings with them and all the comments have been positive! So please don't let this awful and exaggerated review put you off booking because everything is now in order and clean and proper with a wood pellet fire that heats the house
