Our beautiful Kirribilli apartment has the best views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge you could possibly ask for. The place has a large entertaining balcony, perfect for dinner and a glass of wine after a long day exploring Sydney.

You are a 5-minute walk to the train station, to the Sydney Harbour Bridge and 10 minutes until you are in the Sydney CBD. You are apart of one of Sydney's best villages with everything that Sydney has to offer.

The space
Our beautiful apartment has been renovated to the highest standard, with beautiful furniture throughout fro the Coco Republic. The views from the living room, dining area, kitchen and entertainers balcony are first class. Every single one of these rooms has uninterrupted views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. There is a large living, dining and entertaining room, complete with air-conditioning as well as a smart TV.

You have the perfect kitchen for cooking and entertaining in, as well as 3 large bedrooms, perfect for 6 people.

The apartment comes with 2 and a half bathrooms, all with beautiful organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Please note for parking:
We do not have a car space for this property. There is 2 hour free parking out the front of the building, Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm. Peel St (3 buildings down) there is 2 hour free parking from the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Peel St has UNLIMITED FREE PARKING on weekends.

Please see the house rules. As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW - all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests / day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes:
• This is a no party property, we do not allow any parties of any sought. The maximum amount of guests staying are allowed. This means 6 people in the property at any one time. There will be a $1,000 fine for any breach of rules payable via credit card. A credit card number will be provided when booking.
• This property is strictly no smoking. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the building, we will issue a $500 fine.
• This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9pm.
• This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property.
• Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
• This property is approved for accommodation only. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
• Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
• Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: parties, large events of more than 6 people, loitering around common areas, loud music, anything that would disturb the neighbours.
• Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please add your dates into the calendar to see if this applies to your preferred dates.
• This property is pet friendly.

Kirribilli is only a stone-throw away from the beautiful Sydney CBD and has an amazing village atmosphere. You are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Sydney within 10 minutes but can enjoy the peace and quiet that Kirribilli has to offer.

The suburb has some of the best views that Sydney has to offer, is home to world-famous Luna Park, some of the best walking tracks to view beautiful Sydney, direct access to the Sydney Harbour Bridge as well as great cafes, supermarkets, pubs and liquor stores.
