Presenting a wonderful 4 bedroom property in a highly desirable locale, it’s perfect for a relaxing holiday or weekend getaway, with 3 private decks for sun-soaking & admiring the ocean views. Set up to accommodate 10 guests with dual living areas, wifi & 3 bathrooms, it also offers a BBQ & fenced yard.

The space
Arriving at this contemporary residence on the Surf Coast, you will instantly feel the benefits of a connection to nature. Ocean views are harnessed from the upper floor & decks, from an aspect that skims the treetops of the coastal bush setting in the front yard.

Cleverly designed with all sleeping downstairs & light-filled living upstairs, this distinctive property has hardwood floors, quality fixtures & fittings, & an air of casual, coastal calm. Prepare to reset & reenergise on the coast, with your gaze transfixed on the horizon line of Bass Strait & marching swell lines. It’s a magic combination of elevation, location, comfort & convenience, only a short stroll to local beaches, cafes, golf & spa facilities, plus the famous Bells Beach only a short drive away.

Upstairs, the open plan kitchen, dining & main living space is all oriented to look across the treed Jan Juc landscape to the sea. Renowned for being a beautiful coastal hamlet, we invite you to enjoy this home in any season. Curl up in comfort on the big comfy lounge with a good book, take in the view, enjoy the WIFI or simply chill out watching TV or movies... Light the wood fire or turn on the split system A/C for climate comfort, or open the sliding doors wide for fresh sea breezes on the upper deck. It is a beautiful place to enjoy sunset drinks & barbecues with an outdoor setting.

The kitchen presents an island bench with 4 stools at the brekky bar, a large pantry and quality stainless steel appliances - 900mm electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, plus microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker & toasted sandwich maker. Plenty of storage is available, plus fully-equipped crockery, cutlery and cookware (& kids crockery/cups).

Enjoy meals together at the 6-seater dining table, in a setting that’s bathed in morning sunshine thanks to sliding doors to the east 2nd balcony. Sit out there with your morning cup of coffee & drink in the sea views...

A sliding barn door reveals a versatile space with split-level north-facing living room with TV, lounge, SSAC plus the convenience of an extra dining table to seat 6 people. Bifold doors lead onto a newly built timber deck with privacy screening, outdoor lighting & stairs down to the lower level outdoor space in the north backyard.

Families with children & teenagers will love the double bunk room accommodation on the lower split level (sleeps 4), where they can have their own space to chill out after a day at the beach. This room has an electric wall heater & a sliding door leads to a covered & fenced rear yard with synthetic turf that extends their play space.

Next door is a Double Bed bedroom with a view to the rear north garden. Down the hall is a second Double Bed bedroom & finally the Master with King size bed, walk-in robe & en suite with large shower, vanity, toilet & Tastic heater.

A central bathroom downstairs has a huge bath, shower, vanity, Tastic heater & separate toilet, plus there is an additional separate bathroom upstairs. A washing machine is available in the laundry.

All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with luxury hotel quality sheets and hotel quality towels. We have done all we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.
