Sleeping up to 8 people with fabulous views onto serene Lake Macquarie, this spacious and newly renovated house is perfect for a relaxing break at the water's edge. It is a great location for boating, fishing and swimming, especially for families and couples. Sit back and relax whilst watching spectacular sunsets of the lake from the veranda to help you unwind.

‘House on the Lake’ is a beautiful single level family home that is spacious, and welcoming. Situated at Bolton Point on Lake Macquarie, it is ideal for families or people that are after somewhere to relax and enjoy the lake and views, or just take a moment to unwind with family and friends.

With brand new furnishings leading to a large entertaining deck with undercover BBQ and ample outdoor seating, you can enjoy the best of indoor-outdoor living. Well-appointed kitchen catering to all your entertaining and family needs, this house offers a stress-free, relaxing, and peaceful space to unwind with family and friends.


- 3 BEDROOM HOUSE – (all with storage) open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
- Master with Queen bed and ensuite, second bedroom can be made either with 2 singles or a king bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and views of the lake.
- For extra guests there is a sofa bed in the reading area.
- Outdoor undercover seating both at the front and rear of the property, BBQ, and plenty of room for everyone.
- Smart TV with free Wi-Fi.
- 2 bathrooms with shower, vanity, bath in one, and toilet.
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine.
- Laundry with washing machine and dryer, plus additional shower and toilet.
- Ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms.
- Toys and games to keep the kids entertained.
- And ample off-street parking with a double carport.

Whilst there is a two-car garage on the property, this is not accessible to guests. There is plenty of room to park your car on the property and you can utilise the carport area just off to the side of the garage. The house is filled with natural light and enjoys all that comes with living on the lake. To keep our house in pristine condition there are no pets, parties or smoking permitted.

For those with little ones, the property does have a fence around the front of the house, however there is not a fence across the back. You will need to be mindful of this and the steps leading off the rear deck.

Bolton Point is a quiet area located 5 minutes north of Toronto in the north-west sector of Lake Macquarie. It is 25 minutes to Newcastle city and 50 minutes to the Hunter Valley. The Lake House is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the Sydney/Newcastle expressway and 30 minutes drive to pristine beaches. For boating enthusiasts the boat ramp is located just five minutes away. We are on the waterfront which is perfect if you like swimming, fishing or kayaking. There is a park with swimming baths and a walking track near the house. Five minutes drive will take you to the local IGA supermarket, chemist and bakery. There is a doctor's surgery and several hairdressers nearby. Within walking distance, there is a bottle shop, a pizzeria and a Chinese/Malaysian restaurant . Toronto, which is ten minutes drive away offers a great selection of cafes and restaurants or enjoy fish and chips at the water's edge. Toronto also has Woolworths or Coles as well as a diverse range of shops.
