This apartment is perfect for the working professional or a small family looking for vacation! 1 block from Christus Spohn Shoreline Hospital makes it the perfect spot for nurses doctors. American Bank Center, Selena Auditorium, Concrete Street Amphitheater TAMUCC and Del Mar I37 and Refinery Row are a short drive. Downtown is only 1.7 mi. North Beach & Mc Gee bay beaches are also a short drive!

With a short drive you can visit T head and L head for a beautiful Instagram worthy photo. Located at the T head is Joe’s Crab Shack, Landry’s Seafood House and local favorite Harrison’s Landing. Be sure to visit Cathy’s Boutique connected to Harrison’s Landing!
