Enjoy !

PLEASE NOTE: Our farm is an authentic natural experience. PLEASE READ ALL notes below before booking as it may not be suited to everyone.

The space
Our eco- cabin, "Arabella" is set on a 140-acre property on the edge of the Cambewarra Ranges, at a former dairy farm named Cloudbreaker Falls, located two hours’ drive south from Sydney and Canberra, and 15 minutes outside the township of Kangaroo Valley.

Hidden in a forest clearing surrounded by tall dense bushland, Arabella is an idyllic escape set amongst abundant wildlife and pristine natural surroundings with numerous vantage points within walking distance to view the valley below.

The wildlife includes Wombats, echidnas, Kangaroos , endless Kookaburras and other birds,
and an inquisitive mischievous Lyrebird.

Arabella sleeps max 3 people, featuring an operational kitchen with 2 burner stove and a bar fridge and outdoor gas barbecue.. An outdoor fire pit awaits toasted marshmallows using the surrounding twigs.

Our award - winning feature is the glass bathroom. A mirrored capsule, separate from the cabin ( approx 10m) immersed in nature. Enjoy a glass of wine or cup of tea and surrender to your surroundings.

Guest access
You have the entire tiny home to yourself, enjoy!

Other things to note
- When driving to the "tiny home", make sure you bring a map with you (printed out), as the internet may be limited on your way down.

- The road to the cabin is about 2km from the main road and is an ‘off road’ road. Whilst it was re done 1 year ago and is suitable for all cars please drive slowly as there are a few potholes. If you are precious about your car please don’t book here

- There is a 5 min walk up a hill from the parking area to the cabin with your luggage in a cart provided. It is quite steep so if this is a problem, please contact us to assist prior to check in. We are happy to help if we are home

- We run on solar energy so please be mindful of energy consumption. There is a back - up generator on sight which may need to be turned on. We are happy to help if you have problems starting it

- There is no wifi on this parcel of land and the reception is limited!

- This Cabin is Off- Grid and 100% sustainable so please be mindful when booking that you are not in a hotel but immersed in the natural world and this experience may not be suited to everyone.

- There is a shower and basin in the cabin but the toilet is in our award winning mirrored glass bathroom separate from the cabin.

- The water supply to the cabin is from a natural spring and although it is filtered sometimes a slight discolouration can occur, it is not dirt but tannin from leaves. Please bring bottled water if you are uncomfortable drinking that.

- the cabin and glass bathroom have endured the sometime extreme forces of nature and has therefore had some wear and tear. It is cleaned thoroughly by myself the owner after every guest but we do not give refunds for this.

- you are not to to invite other guests on to the property.

- please do not light fires other that the fire pit provided. There will be an additional fee if done so.

- We do not give refunds for cobwebs, leaves or a natural mark in the cabinets/walls of cabin. They are love marks from wear and tear.

- Whilst we maintain all pastures we cannot eliminate pests and creepy crawlies. There can be snakes in summer and leeches when wet, and rats in winter and ticks all year round

- We supply some kindling and firewood to get you started, but you will have to top up yourself.

- We will consider pets, however you must ask me before you stay and there will be strict rules. Your pet is your responsibility. We are not liable for any injuries causes on the property.

- we understand accidents can happen and are reasonable however any breakages or damage to property that is not reported will be charged at value of item or cost of replacement.o
