This is a room in a small townhouse on the edge of Boulder. Need to be comfortable sharing a bath, etc. and no room for personal clothing, Good value for the money.

Response from Dre:
thx Jan, I have been searching for two weeks now for a rack to hang clothing and only have found a couple options-- which I've decided to purchase. I agree it's helpful to hang clothing. I am unable to find anything portable (small enough) to allow for people to put their clothes "away". No on has asked for that before, but, it's surely going to come up. BTW, I must clarify-- You're mistaken in your assessment of my house. It is in fact a 1600 sq foot, single-family dwelling (not connected to any other house), and is called a house, not a townhome. The lowest level is rented to someone, so, that area is not accessible and that is clearly stated in the description that I am convinced you did not read. It has also the largest backyard in this entire neighborhood, two decks (120 sq feet and 160 sq feet), and a two-car garage. Good luck with future stays. Can't please everyone all the time, that's a basic concept for sure.

I had a wonderful experience staying with Dre. I had to unexpectedly book an Airbnb in Boulder at the last minute, and she was wonderfully flexible. Her location is close to most areas of the city you'd want to access, and the house it's self is extremely warm, clean and invitin…

Great location and cozy. However, the host was a little over bearing at times.

Response from Dre:
"Overbearing"?? I have no idea what that would mean. Because of my health issues I'm home most of the time. I hardly encountered you guys at all because you were gone most of the time. If you mean by overbearing that I engage you in conversation as you were walking out the door, then you really shouldn't stay in a space with other people and just rent a hotel. I try to be out of the way and gauge my communication with my guests as to what I think is necessary. And it certainly necessary to ask you to remove your skanky smelling marijuana from the space you're occupying as it would affect future guests. I honestly have no idea what you mean by overbearing and I would welcome a private email from you to explain that so that I am more aware. And texting to communicate certain things is necessary and I felt that was better than phone calls or trying to catch you in person. Don't forget that you live in someone's house and occupy the space in close proximity and somethings need to be communicated

Hello Sophia I loved having your and the "boys". Thank you for acknowledging my efforts. It was such pleasure having you all and I enjoyed out conversations about so many great subjects, and learning more about you and your family, and your adventures. If I fly that airline, I hope I get you!!!! I wish all my guests were as sweet and appreciative as you all were. I welcome you back anytime. Best to you and the family. I'll be happy to make you a latte from my high-tech machine next time!!!! You'll love it. Thanks again. You were stellar guests.

Andrea is such a great host. She is so so nice and makes sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. Her place is conveniently located - super close to 36 and 93. Got great sleep on that comfy bed!
