Located a 15 min walk to Salamanca, the cottage is a perfect location to explore all Hobart has to offer.

The space
A modern and stylish architecturally designed renovation that has been completed on a heritage 1890's Milkman's Cottage. This award winning renovation is a beautiful place to stay to enjoy all of Hobart's local attractions or stay in and enjoy all the deluxe touches the house has to offer.
- Whole cottage including sunny courtyard with walled plants
- Double shower with heated flooring
- Work/study nook including USB/ethernet and phone connections with printer
- Double-height kitchen space including galley kitchen with large glass pivot doors to create an inside/outside entertaining space
- Double sofa-bed available in living room (single pull out bed and travel cot are available on request)
- NBN internet / phone available for use (national calls only)
- 65" TV including cinema surround sound
- Laundry including washing machine and clothes horse
