Linen included. Oven/stove-top and basic utensils provided

The space
(Additional $10 cleaning fee for 1 night stays - Please also read "Other things to note" before booking)

Nestled amongst the trees on a private and secluded, yet easily accessable corner of our rural property in scenic Diamond Valley, the cabin was built from locally sourced stone and timbers over 30 years ago and infuses exotic themes with rustic country charm.

Enjoy a beverage on the deck as the native birds sing merrily in the treetops or browse the large digital range of Music, Movies and TV shows after a day of exploring the Coasts many world class attractions.

If visiting during the cooler months then a crackling fire in the indoor or outdoor fireplace will surely set the atmosphere and soothe the soul. (Quality Timber and firestarting kits available for purchase or BYO)

Seasonal Certified Organic fruit/veg available to guests at wholesale prices and a small selection of home-made frozen meals are also available for purchase.

Guest access
The cabin is fully private and self contained, with a large yard that borders onto forestry and cattle pastures.

There is a stone outdoor fire circle which is great for crisp winter nights under the stars and also plenty of space for outdoor activities during the day in the surrounding yard area.

Other things to note
Please note that the shower is low pressure but adequate and there is plenty of hot water.

For 1 night bookings there will be an extra $10 linen/cleaning fee added to overall booking fee.

Bookings for two singles: Please advise if you require the use of both double beds as there will be an additional linen/cleaning single fee of $25.
(We ensure fresh linen for every guest which involves a lot of work so hopefully you will find these fees understandable. Once the booking is confirmed I will send through a booking modification for your approval).

The last 300mtrs of road leading to the cabin is well maintained gravel.

The cabin runs on rainwater collected from the tin roof which is fine to drink, though there is no filtration system fitted so you may like to bring your own drinking water if that is an issue for you.

There is strong cellphone reception in the area - No Wi-fi/Internet connection available.

Also please note that the two bedrooms are connected via a doorway with only a curtain to separate.

As the cabin borders onto native bushland there is also an abundance of native wildlife and it is not uncommon to hear a possum taking a shortcut over the tin roof during the night, the odd fruit bat chattering up in the canopy and the local Kookaburras singing at dawn.

There are sometimes mosquitoes but we keep the guesthouse supplied with complementary coils and repellent in case they are about.
