Just 60 miles from the east entrance to Yellowstone National Park and 3 miles form historic downtown Livingston, this 240 square foot tiny house is located on a pasture-raised pork and poultry farm. There are beautiful views of the Absaroka Mountains and Paradise Valley and you will likely also see some of our animals roaming our pastures that surround the home. The house has everything you need to be comfortable.

The space
The tiny house has a complete kitchen with a 2-burner stove, an apartment sized fridge and freezer, and ample counter space. There is heater/AC combo unit. The large bathroom has a stand-up shower, toilet, sink, and extra space for suitcase storage. There is a queen size bed and a small living area with a futon. The tiny house is fenced off from the driveway and surrounding pasture. We use livestock guardian dogs to guard our animals, and you may hear them barking periodically during the day or night. Barking is their job, and we provide ear plugs in case it is a particularly noisy night. We have three additional farm dogs and there is a neighbor dog that runs around and may say hi. All dogs are friendly. We also have farm cats that may come down for a visit. If you do not like dogs and/or cats, this may not be the place for you!

Where you’ll be

Livingston, Montana, United States

We are just 3 miles from downtown Livingston, MT, an historic railroad town with lots of great options for dining, bars, coffee shops, parks, art galleries, and outdoor recreation on the bank of the Yellowstone River. Even though we are very close to town, the feel out here is quiet, rural, and very peaceful. We are a quick drive to the entrance of the Paradise Valley which offers ample hiking and fishing opportunities and access to National Forest land. The farm is located approximately 60 miles, or less than 1 hour, from Gardiner, MT and the east entrance of Yellowstone Park, and 30 minutes from downtown Bozeman. We are approximately 40 minutes from the Bozeman Airport.
