Enjoy this top floor attic which has been fully renovated througout. Enjoying separate entry, spectacular water views and north facing aspect. All with the comfort of reverse cycle ducted air conditioning. The building is located directly by Sydney harbour. Kurraba Reserve is footsteps away. Ferry access for services to Circular Quay is 3mins walk. Bus stop 5mins walk. You are within easy reach of Sydney's main attractions and transportation hubs while enjoying a prime peaceful location.

The space
Perched on top of a residential building you have sweeping unobstructed 180° views of the Sydney harbour, North Sydney and Neutral Bay. The attic studio offers an open plan living, bedroom and bathroom setup. It has been designed with short term rental in mind. Premium materials and finishes have been appointed throughout.

Guest access
Self check-in is avaliable via a lockbox. Although if I'm around I can check you in myself. Please note the studio is part of a dual key apartment. When you enter the unit the doors on the ground floor will be locked and is my residence. The attic is upstairs which has a key locked door for your access. Besides the shared entry room both units are separate and neither party needs to cross into each others unit to access their space. Please note the washer and dryer is under the staircase (in the shared entry room) and is shared between myself and you.

Please note, although free street parking is available. The areas immediately infront of the building can be busy due to the desirable harbour front location. It is timed 2hrs from 9am to 6pm weekdays. You may be required to park upto 10mins walk away to Lower Wycombe or Thrupp Street were parking is more plentiful and untimed.
