This open concept, one bedroom suite is compact and versatile. large windows in each room lets the sunshine in. Relax in the living room watching your favorite Netflix or streaming station. Work at the large kitchen dining counter, or lounge in the queen bedroom.
Located in the core of Kitchener, all amenities are within walking distance. A short walk to Victoria Park and all it has to offer. In-suite laundry is another bonus.
The space
This Row house complex was originally built in 1906 to house the seamstresses of Arrow Shirt Company. We have painstakingly tried to resurrect the charm of that era, by exposing the original brick walls, maintaining the original staircase, and saving the stain glass in the windows, while still bringing it into the 21st century with brand new heaters, water softener and current convenience features like fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher.

In the summer you can find us on a tennis court, or cycling on local trails or boating on the many lakes in Ontario. We love to travel locally as well as Internationally.
