The space
The studio apartment is situated in a quiet central residential area of Split, only 5 minutes walk to the old town and the local beach. There is a balcony in the garden with a beautiful view to the sea and islands and is exclusively for guests use. The apartment area is 24 m2. It has a king size bed with high quality mattress. Fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom with everything you need. High speed Wi-fi internet, Air/conditioning, bed linens, towels and cleaning all included in the price. Also, there is a free parking in the street, right in front of the house.
The city of Split is one of the oldest cities on the Adriatic coast. It is more than 1,700 years old counting from the construction of Diocletian's Palace in AD 305, archaeological research relating to the original founding of the city as the Greek colony of Aspálathos in the 6th century BC, establishes the urban tradition of the area as being several centuries older. Places to visit are Diocletians palace, old center, riva, St. Duje church..etc
The Adriatic sea's high water quality,along with the immense number of coves, islands and channels, makes Dalmatia an attractive place for nautical races, nautical tourism, and tourism in general. Dalmatia also includes several national parks that are tourist attractions.
