#5 Surfside Court is a perfect low key holiday unit where you can relax with family & friends whilst overlooking the ocean. It has recently been re-furnished to make your getaway as comfortable as possible.

The unit is on the top level of a three storey walk up. There is no lift so please take this into consideration when booking.

The property is fully self contained excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc. This is solely the guests responsibility.
Minimum 3 night stay for all bookings is required.

Guests will have access to the complete space: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with separate toilet). Surfside Court will sleep up to 7 people, however it is our preference for a maximum of 5 adults to accommodate the space. 1 x Queen, 1 x Double, 1 x Single, 1 x Queen Sofabed.
** All linen is provided, however a discount applies to bookings where you provide your own linen. Please mention this in your enquiry.**

Please be considerate of other residents and guests within the building and keep all noise to a minimum. This includes no shoes inside to avoid noise travelling to units below.

Please wash all sand off your feet before entering the building, and no surfboards inside the unit (please store in the garage). If sand is left in stairwell guests will be charged an extra cleaning fee out of your deposit.

No smoking, parties or pets please.

Please take care to not lose any keys or garage remote control. Your security deposit will be deducted to cover the replacement cost for any keys/ remote's lost during your stay.

Guests staying on a Sunday/ Monday - we request that you please put #5 rubbish bin out for Garbage Truck which comes early Monday mornings. (Key to open back gate is attached to bike keyring in kitchen).

Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy. This includes emptying the rubbish bins, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller & microwave.

A great apartment opposite Kingscliff's beautiful beach, and a short distance from the town centre and all local amenities. We stayed with our young family and the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Scott and Victoria's place was such a great spot to stay. We're hoping they'll have us back again! We stayed there with our 4 young children and we all had a fantastic time. The beach across the road is a beautiful stretch of beach, and knightscliff had great shops & cafes. The apartment itself is super- comfortable, a bit funky, and really cozy with everything we needed which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our holiday. Thanks guys!

We had the most perfect holiday whilst staying at Victoria & Scott's apartment. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival by the abundance of space we had. The apartment’s layout made it immediately relaxing and enjoyable to unwind in. Being across the road from the beach made our morning swims magical and being a short drive to many other beautiful beaches made our day trips effortless. We were so grateful to find such a well equipped kitchen - it made the meals we decided to cook extremely easy. Victoria & Scott were fantastic hosts. We look forward to visiting again and have already started to recommend this apartment to our family/friends.

Very nice department, very well equipped and with excellent taste! Just in front of the beach, despite no direct sea view, because of the park in between. Ideal for resting separated from busy areas. Very friendly hosts! I recommend!
