The space
Welcome to your second home - a beautiful Central London house that can comfortably accommodate up to six people.

This smoke-free property features a grand living room, a dining room three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, and an open plan kitchen. To ensure your utmost satisfaction we offer complimentary WiFi, a smart TV with free view channels and enough space to store away your belongings.

The well-appointed living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy your stay, and also features a dining table that can seat up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, it is fully stocked with all cooking utensils allowing you to prepare your favorite quick snacks or gourmet meals. The bright and snuggly bedrooms have double size beds. The house also features bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and free-standing showers.

The property also features the following complimentary package provided by City Relay:

Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 6-9 P.M. 

Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to take place at our Reception Desk (Please note that the key collection and the flat are not in the same location).

For same day bookings made after 6pm, please contact us to confirm apartment availability as well as the check-in procedure.

For any reservations created after 6 PM of the same day of arrival, please contact the property owner in order to confirm the availability and the check-in options.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to present a form of governmental identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in. 

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.

Should the above policies are not respected, a penalty fee would, therefore, apply to the guest(s) for any damages caused to the property.

Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings.

We would like to mention the 3 methods for check-in:

1. You can meet us at our Central London Reception Space. We will provide a folder with the flat instructions, directions to the flat, tube map, etc. and the keys to your apartment (The Reception Space is open every day from 8 AM until 9 PM).

2. You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will have the keys to your booked apartment and will take you there directly.

3. We can arrange a check-in in-person at the flat. For check-in after 9 PM, a fee is applicable.
