"Lizard Island" is the historic town sawmill, located on the Thone River adjacent the Community of Comboyne. Bosting platypus in the river and a delight to watch in a secluded part of the property. The property is a renovated sawmill of the timbers milled on the property with a wow factor when entering this back in time gem. Walking distance to club, cafe and mini market (open 7 days).

Comboyne is a village on the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales. It is situated on the Comboyne Plateau, some 60 km south-west of Port Macquarie, 35 km west of Kew and 54 km north-west of Taree. It is an attractive agricultural area with fertile soils perfect for potato, avocado & blueberries
