Bright and spacious, our 2 bedroom flat in a traditional Georgian build is perfect for families and couples and less than a 15min walk to Princes St!

The space
Situated in the New Town, you can make yourself comfortable in this freshly renovated Georgian townhouse with all the essentials you need to feel right at home. The location is ideal for those who are wanting to explore this great city or for business trips with a spacious living room decorated by elegant trinkets that makes the space feel refined.
The comfortable furniture and the fireplace create a relaxing ambience and a large dining table can be found here to enjoy your meals.

The kitchen is kitted out with all the essentials to make yourself a home-cooked meal.
The modern bathroom comes with a shower and bathtub and include complimentary soap, shampoo and towels for your convenience.

There are two spacious bedrooms; one master-bedroom with a double sized bed. One secondary room with two twin beds (this bed can also be made into a double if requested). Both come with wardrobes/drawers for your storage and come with hotel-quality linen for you to enjoy.

Our home is located within the New Town, in a residential area close to Waverley Station. It is also near Calton Hill which gives you monuments & sweeping views of the city. On the walk to town, you will pass a magnificent view of Arthur's Seat along Waterloo Place. You can also walk to the Old Town and visit Edinburgh Castle and explore Edinburgh's rich history. Further along you can look at the stores on Princes Street and upscale boutiques on and around George Street. There are also plenty of activities to do in Edinburgh and to relax there are many chic bars/restaurants and atmospheric cocktail lounges for you to enjoy.
