This modern, aesthetically pleasing cottage is perfectly located – right on Silversands beach! The spacious, open plan living area overlooks the ocean and makes for a perfect breakaway. Natural light floods this upstairs area which is fitted with all the mod cons you would need for a relaxing holiday. The partially covered veranda overlooks the ocean – an ideal setting for (gas) barbeques and sun downers.

The space
While away the time reading a book on the couch while listening to the sound of waves crashing on the shore or amble down the path right down to the pristine white beach. Two spacious bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom and open onto a private garden where an early morning coffee can be enjoyed. Seascape is nestled in a fynbos garden which forms a green wall all along the wide kitchen window, providing complete privacy from the main house which is occasionally occupied by the owners.

We understand that pets are part of the family. Pets may be allowed by prior arrangement only, please confirm number (max 2) and breed.

Secure parking behind a locked gate and a security alarm system ensure peace of mind. A wide variety of walks from the cottage or in the nearby Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve cater for nature lovers – the pristine fynbos teems with birds and a diversity of plants for which this area is famous.

Owners live on the same plot at the back but are very private. They do have their own dog. WIFI and UPS is included. The cottage has a alarm and beams.

The Harold Porter Botanical Gardens offers beautiful walks and hikes and you cannot miss the jackass penguin colony at Stony Point.
