The space
Allure is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious home, beautifully finished and with ample outside space. Just off the main street with parking for 2 cars, enter into the front courtyard complete with outside furniture for that morning coffee as the world wakes up. Better yet you are only a stone's throw from the local cafes, so grab a takeaway to enjoy at your leisure.

Step inside the light filled living and dining space, the high crisp ceilings accentuating the open space. The kitchen offers plentiful counter and cupboard space and comes with double fridge, dishwasher and oven. The home stretches back into a large living space with views out over your private garden. Outside there is an undercover decking area with outdoor seating and Webber BBQ as well as ample grassed area to enjoy the afternoon sunshine.

The home offers 3 bedrooms, all of which come with their own wall mounted TVs. The master with ensuite has a king bed, walk in robes and ensuite. The bathroom has a large shower with double sinks. The second bedroom is a spacious Queen with built in robes. Next door is the second bathroom with bath and large separate shower. The final bedroom offers a double bed and views of the garden.

Allure has been architecturally designed and finished to an incredibly high standard. Situated in the centre of Port Fairy this brand new home offers an elegant and stylish retreat for your next trip to Port Fairy.
