Hi to all my future lovely guests! :) My name is Diane and we have a bedroom to rent on a daily basis.
Our house is a 3 bedroom single family home, built last September 2018. The community is in a new phase and gated area in Davenport. It is 10mins away from the nearest I-4 exit, 20-25mins from Disney Springs and other tourist attractions (without traffic), 4mins from Publix Supermarket and 12mins away from Championsgate (food place, salons, pharmacy, etc.)
The space
Please note that the bedroom has a full sized bed which can probably accommodate one guest only. We have an air bed though that we can let you use.
Bathroom is a shared one, and we provide shampoo, shower gel and towels.
Common area like kitchen and dining can be used but must be kept clean at all times.
We have parking space for your car and we'll provide you the gate access code in case you come home late.
