Welcome to our 4-bed, 2-bath haven in Dickson. Enjoy fast access to amenities. Nestled near Dickson Wetlands, shops, and new light rail: an ideal location.

The Well-maintained house features private sunny deck, courtyard, and separate gazebo. Ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort.

The space
BEDROOMS
The home features four bedrooms, each fitted with professionally laundered and pressed linen and ample wardrobe space for your belongings. Bedroom 1 offers a queen-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, Bedroom 2 includes a queen-sized bed, Bedroom 3 has a double-sized bed, and Bedroom 4 is furnished with a single-sized bed, making the layout ideal for families, groups, or longer stays.

BATHROOMS
The home includes two bathrooms. The first is an ensuite to Bedroom 1, featuring a shower and toilet. The second bathroom offers a shower-bath, with a separate toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving for a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- microwave
- toaster
- crockery and cutlery

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING:
The driveway parking can fit up to 1 car.
Additional parking on the grass verge between the street and where the car spot (Front of property).

NB: Please do not park at the start of the driveway as you will block the tenants in the flat at the back. Park at the driveway you see to your left.

GARDENING:
Gardening is scheduled every 4 weeks, weather permitting, and completed when the garden can be accessed without a key—always ensuring guest comfort and privacy.

Guest access
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.

Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.

Other things to note
Outdoor umbrella - please close when not in use. :)

We also have a gardener who checks the garden once a month.

We want guests to enjoy their stay comfortably while also helping us care for the property and respect the neighbours.

This is not a party property. Any breach of the no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any costs for damages.
