The loft at Back 2 Earth is a farm stay and health retreat.

We have mini horses, Boer goats, alpacas, dorper sheep, ducks, rabbits and chickens. Come join us as we interact with our hand raised, friendly animals twice a day - mornings in between 8-8:30 am, and afternoons, an hour before sunset.

Children and adults alike are invited to observe or fully participate in the everyday life of our farming family, such as helping with farm chores, feeding and caring for the farm animals or simply enjoying the tranquility and space that surrounds you.

At Back 2 Earth, you can have as much free time as you wish or spend the day with Marc and Jenny. You might find yourself picking fruit and veggies, feeding the baby farm animals, fencing, sweeping out the farm shed, collecting eggs, or prepping food in the kitchen. At our farm , you can do everything or nothing at all, and the children can be looked after while parents relax and unwind on the farm, or go out for a much needed dinner and some alone time.

During the winter months, you can enjoy the crackle and warmth of the outdoor fire pit – make sure to bring your musical instruments for a sing-a-long.

Marc: Healing and massage have been my passion for the last 20 years. I enjoy growing and developing in many areas and I integrate all my techniques, skills and experiences into a deeply healing and energizing massage. My background is in remedial massage, Swedish massage, reiki, hot stones massage, eastern cupping, oncology massage, reflexology, EFT and acupressure. I don’t just massage, I provide an intuitive healing therapy. Whether you are looking for a deep tissue massage to ease your physical pain, or a relaxing massage to quiet your mind, my caring and holistic approach will bring relief and relaxation. I am also a pastry chef by profession and have incorporated a healing attitude into a love for good, wholesome, revitalizing food. Back 2 Earth is the result of years of us dreaming, planning and risking everything to make it happen – it’s about work/life balance, working as a team, combining our healing skills, integrating physical touch with deep emotional connection, being surrounded by nature and beauty, reconnecting with the earth and animals, and about healthy eating and living. We follow a predominantly raw, vegan lifestyle and are motivated by kindness, inclusion, health, spiritualism, humanitarianism and an environmentally conscious way of life. We wanted to prioritize our relationships with each other, our children, our health and nature – this has been our journey of finding our way back … Back 2 Earth Come and join us. Experience Back 2 Earth for yourself.

Check-in after 2:30pm and check-out by 10:30am. Please call or text when you are 1/2 hour away.

Please do not go into the paddocks without Marc or Jenny, as our animals can be unpredictable.

Please make sure you keep all the doors closed, as snakes like warm, dry spaces (as do our puppies)! Please do not feed our dogs or cats, and please do not let them into the accommodation. Additionally, our dogs sometimes jump up and grab food from the kids, please be extra cautious about this.

Feel free to pick herbs and teas from our veggie garden.
