We had a group of 10 stay in the cabin for a weekend of skiing at Baker. The cabin was a great size for this group with plenty of sleeping areas, parking spaces, and enough space for everyone to hang out together. The hot tub with the river sounds is definitely a great touch, esp…

Hi Joe: Thank you for the great review for family Cabin #19! We are delighted that you had an enjoyable stay at the cabin, and glad to hear that you were able to utilize the hot tub (and hopefully the sauna too!) while you were there. Yes, the sounds of the Nooksack River rushing by while sitting on the hot tub makes a great backdrop for winding down after a long day of boarding or hiking on the mountain. Many thanks for the respectful way in which you left the cabin upon departure. It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to seeing you again the next time that your travel plans bring you back to Mt. Baker :) Happy trails, Dan

Best cabin in the rim with having a sauna as well as a hot tub and right next to the creek. Perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes.

Good sized kitchen and dining room for the 8 of us that stayed over the weekend. Nice big dining room table that comfortably fit everyone around. No cell service or WiFi which guaranteed we were "unplugged" for the weekend. The hot tub was a plus.

Quiet, secluded and so close to nature. Check out the local restaurants and bakery as they are also incredible. Will stay again.

Hi Kevin: Thank you for the review for family Cabin 19! We are very pleased to hear that you had an enjoyable stay at the cabin, and thank you for the ship shape way in which you left the cabin upon departure. In your private notes, you asked about hot tub servicing. All of our hot tub equipped properties are serviced just prior to guest arrival. By taking a cleansing shower prior to hot tub usage, (as posted) additional servicing should not be required. My wife and I use our personal hot tub practically every evening. By showering prior to hot tub usage, the water clarity and chemical balance remains relatively constant. We add chemicals about one time per week, and only need to change the water about once every three months. Just some FYI knowledge for you. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to seeing you again soon :) Happy trails, Dan
