The space
Located in the heart of the downtown area right beside Fernandina Wall and Sé Cathedral. Our street has limited car access and therefore is very quiet. Guindais' stairs are on our doorstep, providing amazing views over the river and D Luis I bridge.

This unique apartment is located on the ground floor and basement of a renovated family home (no elevator). It is a duplex unit where you will find one of the bedrooms on the lower level and the other bedroom at street level. This unit faces the street and the backyard.
The lower level is where the social area is located, the kitchen and the living & dining area with a 42'' TV offering a wide variety of channels.
You will find a round table fitting 4 seating and also access to the outdoors terrace.

There are also 2 adjacent studios and another 2 bedroom apartment in case guests want more privacy or have the need to accommodate more guests. You may also reserve the whole building for your family & friends.

Guest access
Ground floor and basement. Guests access is granted by the use of a code and we will personally welcome every guest, providing valuable recommendations and tips about the city. We will ask our guests to show their Passports and/or their national identity cards in order to collect and share with the immigration authorities.
There is no elevator, only stairs that can be steep for some people.
Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception nor someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can coordinate your welcoming in person and provide all the information and answer all your questions.
After booking with us we will be available through phone call, chat and email.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- For check-ins between 16:00-20:00: once we have scheduled your welcoming time, there is a 30 minutes tolerance to wait for our guests (in case we have not established any communication on the arrival day). In the event you can’t manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, we might have to reschedule it.
- For check-ins after 20:00: once we have scheduled your welcoming time, there is a 30 minutes tolerance to wait for our guests (in case we have not established any communication on the arrival day). In the event you can’t manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, you run the risk of not being able to check-in and therefore losing the first night of the reservation.
Other things to note
Check-ins after 8pm have a surcharge of €20 paid in cash or credit card at check-in.
NOTE: There is construction taking place two buildings from us, there might be some light noise from Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00.
