The Studio at "Beau-Claire" is a great base for your visit in the Hunter Valley. Located directly off the Hunter Expressway and a short country drive from local vineyards, wedding and concert venues, the beach or tourist attractions. Beau-Claire is sure to be a welcome place to stay for your Hunter Valley visit!

The space
The Studio at "Beau-Claire" offers a Studio Room with 2 bedrooms each with country views in spacious grounds as part of a seperate wing off the main house. A private entry through french doors opens to the outdoor area. The loungeroom with leather lounges, split system air conditioning, flat screen tv, dining table, microwave, coffee machine and bar fridge and small food prep area will ensure your stay is comfortable.
Please note :- The Studio has a small, simple food prep area with kitchen sink, buffet, dining table, fridge, Smeg coffee pod machine and microwave.

The pretty scenery changes from season to season with kangaroos, wallabies and native birds often spotted in the surrounding paddocks. You are only a few minutes from the site of Australia's first established vineyards of "Kirkton" & Wyndham Estate as well as horse breeding/training complexes, historic buildings, the township of Branxton, Huntlee new town or the Hunter River farmlands.
