This adorable, freshly renovated 1 bedroom Bywater apartment is the perfect spot when visiting NOLA! It is within walking distance to all of the local hot spots and less than a mile from the French Quarter and Frenchman St. Want to be immersed into the local culture, look no further. Our Bywater neighborhood streets are filled with art, music, food and fun! A stroll to the FQ, through Crescent Park along the Mighty Mississippi is a special and beautiful experience..the view isn't too bad either!

The space
This stunning home was built in 1910 and the architectural details flow throughout. The entire space is the perfect blend of southern charm and mid century modern flare. The living room is bright and inviting, there is a 40' tv equipped with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime for any binge-watchers. The eat in kitchen is fully equipped to meet any gourmand's needs. The bedroom is dark and sexy, with a king size Stearns and Foster bed., it will be the best night sleep you have ever had! The bathroom is spacious with a walk-in closet and full size washer and dryer.

The Bywater, is the local's choice for living in the city! The short stroll to the French Quarter, is historic and inspiring. The architecture and beautiful bright colors of the homes that adorn these streets are nothing short of spectacular. There are many artists and musicians that live in the Bywater, for it's close proximity to all the music venues. This area was devastated after Hurricane Katrina...but came back with a vengeance! This is the place to be when in New Orleans. The beautiful and newly developed Crescent Park is everyone's favorite route to the French Quarter.
