- This is riverfront villa 790m2 but it is very close the beach (just around 30m away from the beach).
- 4 double bedroom villa (queen size) + 1 nanny room (1,4m x 2m).
- Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
- The master bedroom has an additional large balcony. Downstairs there is a huge open plan kitchen/living room with folding glass doors that completely open on to the pool, garden and waterway.
- This villa can accommodate up to 10 adults + 4 children.

The space
Sanctuary Ho Tram resort community is only 135 kilometers east of Ho Chi Minh city, in the hamlet of Ho Tram. A short trip either by car. This takes about 2 hours either mode of transport.
The resort facilities include an alfresco restaurant, a tennis court and a children’s playground. Housekeeping and full room service menus are available to guests in the privacy of their own homes but will be charged.
The Riverfront Villas follow a theme of indoor/outdoor living. These villas open out to Sanctuary's private central waterway and beautifully landscaped grounds. The villa is designed with an open-plan layout with unfolding windows and doors which give the villa an alfresco ambiance with an infinity swimming pool and garden going down to the water’s edge.
There is fishing, cycling, walking, beach, river, supermarket shopping half an hour away to top up supplies, tennis and general being in the sun sea and sand life to contend with.

You can bring your own food with spices into the villa. The kitchen is basically equipped with BBQ by charcoal, fridge,.... so you can cook in the villa. A private place for family & friends, an ideal place for party & relaxing after tired working days.
Note: Coffee machine, Dishwasher are not available in the villa.

Would recommend arranging a car down, but if you need there are taxis and a bus. It is also a good place to cycle and walk.
- Fresh sea food is available at the local market. It just takes about 200 meters by walking there. You can take the sea food here for sea food BBQ in the villa.
- The Bluffs Golf Course – ‘Vietnam’s Best Golf Course 2017’ 
- Ho Tram Casino – world-class entertainment just 3km from Sanctuary 
- Binh Chau Hot Springs – Famous for its relaxing mud baths and curative hot mineral springs 
- Ho Coc Beach – Pristine beach with beautiful natural surroundings 
- Minh Dam Mountain – an ideal ecotourism destination with a unique place in Vietnamese history   
- Vung Tau city : it takes around 17km from this place.
- Local hospital is about 10km from Sanctuary resort
- There is a restaurant at the resort. Breakfast, lunch, dinner will be served here with charge, and it is opened from 7:00am to 22:00 pm
