Napier Quarter is a neighbourhood wine bar & guesthouse nestled on a backstreet corner in Melbourne’s oldest suburb, Fitzroy. We have a focus on and commitment to quality, celebrating community and championing the artisan.

Breakfast, lunch & dinner are available in the wine bar Monday through Saturday and long lunches on Sunday.

A full kitchen caters for the gourmand guest.

BATHING
The simple bathroom with a combined toilet & shower offers Japanese cotton towels and Too My Ships hand and body wash to enhance your cleansing rituals.

HOUSEKEEPING
Our lovely housekeeper softly and swiftly services when required.

COMMUNITY
When you stay with us at Napier Quarter, we hope you'll feel part of our family. It is important to note that whilst our guesthouse offers introspection, the bar is a hubbub of staff and chefs busy about their day. The courtyard from the ground level, although offering lovely vignettes, also operates as a busy thoroughfare to our stores and utility rooms.

Other things to note
Our Guesthouse, as an extension of our Wine Bar experience, is designed specifically for couples and singles seeking rest and reprieve.

Due to the nature of our space, events, wedding preparations and unapproved photoshoots, are not consistent with our offering.

By booking through our Airbnb channel is confirmation that you adhere to and respect our policies by only having those registered on the premises.

Please note that failure to follow our house rules and requests will result in guests being kindly asked to leave, with no refund.

Unique items, objects, books and art throughout the space has been curated personally. Any damages or missing pieces will be charged the value of the item with an additional 30% sourcing & administration fee, paid on check out.
