Our gorgeous family home offers the perfect place to relax, unwind & explore the twin towns of Agnes Water & 1770. Whale Song captures everything & more you are looking for in a luxury beach-side holiday. Perfectly located, with just a 2 minute stroll to the popular Main Beach surf, easy walks to cafes, restaurants & shops. Beautifully furnished with many spaces to chill out, whether pool side, on the deck or around the large stone kitchen bench. Ideal for families with children or couples.

The space
The property is PET FRIENDLY; very private with a tropical tree lined street facade and tall hardwood fence on 3 sides. Whale Song is spacious with over 300 square metres under roof, sparkling clean and comfortable Hamptons-styled beach home with pool, just minutes walk from Agnes Water's popular patrolled surf beach, children's playground, cafes, restaurants and shops. Sleeping comfortably 10 people (max. 7 Adults ) utilizing 3 bathrooms. Also perfect for couples wishing for a romantic private getaway.

All bathrooms have bath and shower. With new orthopedic beds, fresh quality linen and the sound of the ocean, you can be rest assured to sleep well. The private pool area with lush tropical gardens features a sun deck with deck chairs and an open outdoor deck area perfect for long afternoon hangs, watching the kids in the pool, a nap or watching the sunrise with a cuppa. This house is not a party house. There is also a pool table for your enjoyment off the lounge area with a massage chair!

The house comes readily equipped with all the necessities to make your stay care free and relaxing. The dining area and living room are spacious and perfectly suited for families with children. The expansive kitchen is the heart of the home and contains everything you need including, SMEG coffee machine, double door fridge and freezer with ice maker and filtered water (on rain water most of the time), toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper and some spices are also provided. A Weber Q BBQ is located out the back.

House has full laundry facilities with new top load washing machine and seperate dryer.

A large air-conditioner in the kitchen cools most of the house on hot summer days. The bedroom with the single beds also has its own air-conditioner as does the pool side master bedroom. Please note the other master bedroom does not have an air-conditioner nor does the other Queen bed room with mural. All rooms have ceiling fans. The coastal breezes always cool the house beautifully in the evening. Our family have slept in this house for many summers and never have we had the need to air-condition all bedrooms. If really hot, which can be the case in Central Queensland, the air-conditioner from the singles bedroom does blow into the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has an additional TV with free to air only. The living room has a large smart TV with Netflix and a DVD player with a selection of DVD's. Telstra broadband Wifi is also included.

Fresh bath towels are provided for all guests.

Neighbourhood highlights

Whale Song is located in the town centre area, Agnes Water. A hop, skip and a jump or a short stroll of 200m to the most northern surf beach -Main Beach is patrolled. Surf Lessons easily organised. The surrounding neighbourhood is residential (mostly holiday homes) but just a short stroll into Agnes Water town and Tom Jeffery Park with children's playground, grassed areas and BBQ's on the beach. Agnes Water is famous for its many breath taking beaches, National Parks and is a gateway to Lady Musgrave Island on The Great Barrier Reef. Agnes Water's twin town 1770, is just a short 10 minute drive away. Watch the beautiful sun set over Bustard Bay, take a LARC tour, put the boat in at the Marina, go kayaking or just simply have a swim in the tranquil clear waters.
